How we handle your information
We collect only what we need to reply to you and prepare your quote. This page explains what that is, who else handles it and how to have it removed. Last updated 23 October 2026.
What we collect
- When you ask for a quote: your name, business name, email or phone number, the services and website type you choose, your country, your page or website if you give it, and anything you write in the message box.
- When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email: whatever you choose to send us.
- When you browse: nothing from us. This website has no analytics or advertising trackers and sets no cookies.
How we use it
To reply to you, review your online presence and prepare your quote. If you become a client, we also use it to deliver and invoice the work. We never sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
- Netlify hosts this website and receives quote requests for us. Like any web host, its servers keep standard technical logs, such as your IP address and browser type.
- Gmail and WhatsApp carry our email and chat conversations.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for up to 12 months and then delete them, unless you become a client. Client records are kept while we work together, and afterwards for as long as the law requires for invoices and tax.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email edgelead.bd@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp, and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
